Returns for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a full refund or exchange. To process your return efficiently, please provide clear photos of the damage or defect and include your order number. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

Returns for Non-Defective Products

For products that are not defective but you still wish to return, we accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or partially used Organic Fertilizers or Liquid Fertilizers.
  • Products that have been exposed to extreme weather or storage conditions.

  3. Ship the Product: Use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to our warehouse. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to reflect on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. Return shipping is required for exchanges.
